What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media Supervisor position at Indigo Sky Llc?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Coordinates and manages audio and video for internal and external events.
2. Design, update and manage casino websites. This includes all specialty websites as well.
3. Coordinates with vendors to ensure reputation management on all entities are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
4. Coordinates and manages programing for all monitors for static and live feeds.
5. Coordinates and books live entertainment. This includes making sure all contract, w-9s and gaming registrations are completed and uploaded.
6. Coordinates and executes show elements for the casino.
7. Responsible for promoting and informing casino patrons of the entertainment events scheduled.
8. Resolve any conflicts that may arise, prior to an event.
9. Coordinates all successful execution of all music.
10. Assists with the events and promotions calendar.
11. Curates and programs renovates experiences for Indigo Sky Casinos entertainment venues and sets direction for desirable day and nightlife offerings that create guest devotion, heightened standards of excellence and desire, and profitable revenue.
12. Attends staff meetings as needed
13. Treats guests and fellow employees with courtesy and consideration at all times within the casino property or on business events. Serves as a role model in the interaction with guests and staff alike
14. Staff promotional events as needed
15. Maintains constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered to inform guests.
16. Ensures all team members receive training, including training on department policies and procedures.
17. Exhibits superb team leadership/development and collaborating ability while working with department team members and other staff. ESTGC APPROVED

EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma. Marketing degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of IT and marketing experience required. Microsoft office applications, Adobe, web design and coding, excellent customer service skills and negotiation abilities.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have the manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and necessary equipment. Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting, bending, climbing, standing and walking for long periods of time. Ability to observe and react to handle guest questions and complaints.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem solving ability. Must be able to work independently. Exposure to noise, vibration and machinery. Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem solving ability
