We are growing! We’re seeking an Account Manager who will serve as a main point of contact for one of our global accounts in the media and telecom space to focus on US growth. The ideal candidate for the role is a highly motivated and collaborative client partner with experience in selling experience design, engineering and data services. You drive relationships with a passion for understanding client challenges and the capability to help solve customer needs through research, design, engineering, data and technology solutions offered by Zensar-Foolproof-Indigoslate.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
As an Account Manager, you will demonstrate the following core responsibilities :
Account Retention & Growth
- Work with clients across assigned focus areas in support of Global Client Partner to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and help identify and implement proper solutions
- Have a general understanding across research, design, engineering, data and technology offerings
- Pitch support and preparation, as needed / identified by Account Director
- Develop broad industry and customer-specific expertise
- Communicate clearly and effectively with client teams to achieve set goals of each project
- Maintain continuity across projects and clients, advocate for the well-being of the client relationship
- Meet with your manager on a regular basis to report and discuss client activity, growth opportunities, and profitability by project, as well as development and execution of account plans
