Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the NOC shift teams, ensuring customer SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Manage incidents calmly and efficiently, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Provide regular reports and maintain accurate fault management systems.
- Drive team performance and oversee recruitment and development of NOC Engineers.

- Experience with DWDM/Optical technology and previous NOC leadership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
