Job Description
Title : Product Oriented Delivery (POD) Lead
Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : 12-15 years
Work Location : Princeton, NJ
Work Mode : Hybrid
Key Requirements :
- Responsible for both leading POD for Client Implementation / New client Onboarding and also providing subject matter expertise for Healthcare Payer Domain.
- Possess good knowledge of Payer value chain business process, with preferable experience on / working knowledge of on-boarding new clients for Intermediary / TPA.
- Must have experience in driving PoD teams, Agile teams.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, implement action plans and track them to closure.
- Understanding of industry standard tools, workflows, and policies for Agile / Scrum based execution.
- Lead daily scrum calls and ensure PoD team delivers as per the agreed upon timelines.
- Review and analyze business requirements and develop / create / maintain Use Cases, product / business requirements in any agile tool.
- Provide functional guidance for design and validation and have traceability from use-case design to implementations.
- Create and document requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications.
