Job Description
Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with significant experience of leading and managing a large team on complex software development transformation project or program. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following • Proactively lead team to successfully develop, test and implement solution fostering best practice approach and providing coaching as required • Managing stakeholder expectations across Business and IT, ensuring that relevant information is provided to keep all parties informed • Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with BU and IT teams, including Requirements workshops, Design Meetings and Scrum Ceremonies • Work with Product Manager and other team leads to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and prioritized in the backlog including estimates and dependencies • Provide support as required to Product and Project Managers as required to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined, understood, and successfully executed by project team
