We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Product Oriented Delivery teams, Agile teams, and ensuring the delivery of projects as per agreed-upon timelines.
A key requirement for this role is experience in driving PoD teams, Agile teams, and possessing good knowledge of Payer value chain business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both leading POD for Client Implementation / New client Onboarding and also providing subject matter expertise for Healthcare Payer Domain.
- Possess good knowledge of Payer value chain business process, with preferable experience on/working knowledge of on-boarding new clients for Intermediary/TPA.
- Must have experience in driving PoD teams, Agile teams.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, implement action plans and track them to closure.
- Understanding of industry standard tools, workflows, and policies for Agile/Scrum based execution.
- Lead daily scrum calls and ensure PoD team delivers as per the agreed-upon timelines.
- Review and analyze business requirements and develop/create/maintain Use Cases, product/business requirements in any agile tool.
- Provide functional guidance for design and validation and have traceability from use-case design to implementations.
- Create and document requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Payer value chain business processes.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
