Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced inventory control professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory levels, identifying and mitigating loss, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and conduct daily inventory counts, implementing loss prevention procedures, and reconciliation through adjustments.
- Provide a detailed analysis of why inventory variances occurred and recommend corrective guidance to prevent further variances.
- Serve as a conduit of information regarding inventory issues and trends between the Warehouse, Operations Manager, and Purchasing team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in inventory control in a distribution setting.
- Ability to operate equipment: Forklift, Order Picker (training provided).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. Competitive hourly pay rate.
