The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Architect with expertise in designing commercial office buildings and workspaces. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency. In addition to architectural design, this position requires hands-on experience in construction project management, overseeing contractors, site personnel, schedules, and project documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and execution of commercial office and workplace projects.
• Oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Collaborate with the Senior Architect to develop project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate teams.
• Serve as a liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and refine design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client needs.
• Manage project staffing, site personnel, and reporting, maintaining alignment with project goals.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Project to create, track, and refine architectural plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in commercial architectural design, construction oversight, and project management.
• Registered Architect, Licensed Architect, or Professional Engineer designation required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Publisher, and 3D modeling applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
