POSITION SUMMARY:
The Indivior Experience and Support Service Manager is a multifaceted role which includes the oversight and management of the Indivior experience, facilities, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and support services. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, enjoyable office environment, managing office operations, coordinating events, and ensuring that employees have the resources and support they need to thrive. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and safety of our facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, managing facility operations, implementing EHS programs, leading initiatives to improve workplace safety and sustainability and promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about enhancing the workplace experience, believes that no job is too small and works well in a collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
INDIVIOR EXPERIENCE
- Create a welcoming and inclusive office environment.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities including but not limited to POA, Executive Committee meetings, leadership offsites, etc.
- Foster a positive company culture through various initiatives.
- Working under the direction of the Head of Indivior Experience and Office of the CEO to plan, book, facilitate, track and execute company events.
- Manage and maintain appropriate budgets
- New hire onboarding assistance and participation including up to scheduling and segment facilitation.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of company facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
- Ensure facilities are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement facility improvement projects.
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts.
- Manage facilities planning and operational support.
- Manage records and information systems, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Prepare detailed operational manuals to inform facilities management best practices.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and make updates as necessary.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS)
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and programs.
- Ensure safety programs and policies remain up to date.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Provide EHS training and education to employees.

Sustainability Initiatives:
- Promote sustainable practices within the organization.
- Develop and implement programs to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals.
- Work with the Sustainability Working Group
SUPPORT SERVICES
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Support HR and other departments with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Implement and maintain administrative office policies and procedures.
- Assist with putting together decks as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (will consider work experience in place of 4-year degree)
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in facilities management or corporate management environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with health and safety requirements and like programs (OSHA, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Local to the Richmond, Virginia area
- Ability to travel up to 5 times per year
