Position Summary
The Senior I&C Advisor supports the USICO with the day-to-day leadership and administration of the Indivior US Integrity & Compliance (I&C) Program.
The Sr. I&C Advisor serves as a strategic business partner and advisor for Indivior’s US Field-Based teams (i.e., Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs) to ensure the effective integration and implementation of the Indivior Global Integrity & Compliance Program. In this role, the Sr. I&C Advisor will be responsible for providing meaningful advisory support and compliant solutions across Indivior’s US Field-Based Leadership Teams. The role will also lead and enable the Indivior network of Field-based Compliance Champions. The role, in partnership with I&C’s monitoring and data analytics team, will provide critical insights that will inform I&C and business training.
The Sr. I&C Advisor will also be responsible to provide sound guidance and solutions that are in full compliance with the terms of Indivior Inc.’s Resolution Agreement (including CIA, DOJ Compliance Measures and FTC agreement). The Sr. I&C Advisor will support Indivior Inc. in its obligations under those agreements as well as assist the USICO as needed with the administration of all applicable requirements.
Essential Functions
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education: BS/BA Undergraduate degree required.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of compliance experience in either the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including a minimum of 5-10 years advising commercial teams.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work collaboratively with the USICO in the development and evolution of the US I&C Program. The Sr. I&C Advisor will support Commercial and Medical Affairs on their respective compliance maturity journeys.
- Provide daily support and guidance to the U.S. Field Commercial Leadership Teams.
- Establish effective working relationships and build credibility within Indivior senior Commercial and Medical Affairs senior leaders.
- The Sr. I&C Advisor will influence with and without direct authority to support a culture of integrity, working in close partnership with the I&C behavioral ethics team.
- Coordinate and lead the effective implementation of the Field Compliance Champion network. Ensuring effective listening and feedback channels are leveraged to inform the operations of the US I&C program. Enable Compliance Champions to serve as a valuable resource to their teammates and promote the I&C reward and recognition programs.
- Support and assist the USICO with the discharge of Indivior Inc.’s duties and obligations under its Resolution Agreement.
- Be a highly engaged teammate that consistently delivers value-added, timely, effective and pragmatic key stakeholder solutions.
- Collaborate across the Global I&C program to share insights and contribute to the success of others.
- Partner with the I&C training team, as well as the Commercial Excellence team to effectively design and deliver relevant ad-hoc and standardized training to all US Field-based Commercial teams.
- Engage in I&C live monitoring to help inform awareness of business practices, risks and opportunities. Note, the bulk of live monitoring is outsourced to a third party.
- Provide support for reports of concern assigned as “reviews” to the various functional areas for I&C advisory input.
- In collaboration with the USICO, develop and benchmark compliance culture and commitment across the Commercial and Medical Affairs teams to assess their respective compliance maturity journeys and provide recommendations for growth.
- Engage in external networking and personal development to maintain knowledge of US regulations, Industry Codes and industry best practices.
- Carry out other tasks and activities related to the development, execution and maintenance of the US I&C Program.
- Engaging with diverse roles across the U.S. field teams to embed confidence and ownership for compliance.
- Providing timely, proactive and pragmatic approaches to deliver solutions to business needs and challenges.
- Effective time management and organization to manage multiple priorities, while simultaneously leading and driving key I&C strategic priorities.

Education: BS/BA Undergraduate degree required.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of compliance experience in either the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including a minimum of 5-10 years advising commercial teams.
- Detailed understanding of U.S. regulations (including Industry Codes governing healthcare compliance programs) and in particular, key risks and controls related to pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement and access.
- Highly impactful people leader skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an effective driver of the change management process.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and influence for greater outcomes.
- Ability to develop and benchmark compliance culture and commitment across the Commercial and Medical teams to assess their respective compliance maturity journeys.
- Ability to leverage insights and knowledge from data analytic dashboards and reports to improve RiskIQ and drive accountability within the business.
- Experience in leading, planning, effectively executing and reporting on various healthcare compliance activities (e.g., training, risk management, monitoring).
- Effectively demonstrate expertise in Healthcare Compliance, leading to personal credibility and trusted advisor status among key stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading and advising within government agreement requirements and oversight is strongly preferred.
- Professional Compliance Certification required
- Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate Degree not required but is preferred.
