Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
5G pole outdoor construction and installation of telecom equipment
Prepping / Finishing small pole bases - Concrete work
Bid walks at customer sites
Testing equipment
Commissioning and documentation
Proficient in using computers, smart phones, etc.; ladder / lift work

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift – 7:00a – 3:30p / extended hours as needed
- Schedule could involve some travel and possible overnight stays
Education:
- High school diploma
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and with / around electrical wires
- Ability to work remotely at construction or installation sites
Requirements:
- Experience in wireless and cellular industries is a plus
- Demonstrates ability to use basic hand and power tools for installation projects
- Concrete Experience
- Willingness to learn new skills, software, and technologies
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- CDL License a plus
