What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Indoor Wireless, Inc.?
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to help coordinate our daily operations to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. The warehouse manager will be responsible for unloading delivery vehicles, receiving inventory, and keeping an accurate count of all materials that come in and out of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will help to stage materials needed for next day and weekly job assignments. When needed, the warehouse manager will be responsible for transferring items between our main warehouse and offsite warehouses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate layout of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering frequency of use and efficient space utilization of items stocked
· Verify all products, quantities and serial numbers are correct
· Purchase small tools and materials stocked in the warehouse
· Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution of materials at multiple locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan
· Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
· Conduct quarterly audits to ensure accuracy counts of parts in stock and to maintain inventory and identify any discrepancies or issues
· Safely operate forklift and other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting materials
· Continual standing, sitting, and walking depending on job assignment
· Employee may assist in other areas as workload dictates
· Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, and ensuring safety and security of the warehouse

Pay: 19.50 / hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 8-hour shift – 7:00a – 3:30p
o Schedule will involve occasional travel and possible overnight stays
o Flexibility if delivery schedules arise outside of normal schedule
Education:
- High school diploma
Physical Demands:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to work outdoors, when needed, with the construction crews
· Ability to climb ladders to access elevated storage areas

· Strong decision making and time management skills
· Willingness to learn new skills, software, and technologies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with others
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
· Good attendance record and work ethic
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
· Forklift certification required
· Willing to work long hours when necessary
· Electrical supply knowledge a plus
· Fishbowl experience a plus
· 1ERP asset management experience is a plus
