Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Regional Manager In Training located in Massachusetts. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with training and preparing for a regional management position, including overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring performance targets are met.
Qualifications
- Successful 1 call small business to business closing a must. 2 years preferred
- Successful management of Independent Contractors a plus. 2 years preferred
- A Regional Manager who maintains their own book of personal sales a must. 2 years preferred
- Experience in the advertising sales a plus. A minimum of 2 years business to business sales preferred
- Cold Calling success by phone and in person required. 2 years minimum preferred
- Great Listening Skills
- Relationship Sales for Renewals a Huge Plus
- CRM capability, emails, e signature capabilities a must. 2 years minimum preferred
- Leadership, Management, and Teamwork skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field a plus
- You must own a laptop, tablet, IPad for field presentations, cell phone and have adequate transportation.
Salary : $72,000 - $96,000
