What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consolidation Manager position at Indorama Ventures?
Job Description :
Indorama Ventures - Indovinya is currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Consolidation Manager. In this critical role, you will manage and maintain organization's financial health by overseeing the consolidation of financial data from various entities within the company. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with SEC reporting requirements & GAAP, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What will be expected from you?
Accounting and Reporting :
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Reconcile income statements and balance sheets between different accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP and IFRS).
- Work closely with external auditors.
- Draft accounting policies, procedures, and processes.
- Implement new significant accounting pronouncements where applicable.
- Support the accounting team on technical accounting issues, including technical research and drafting memos.
