Indorama Ventures Asset Integrity Expert

Job Role

As a Inspection Authority for Capital Projects and Construction at Indorama Ventures, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inspection plans and schedules, conduct quality assurance reviews of contractor packages, and participate in vendor quality assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimation of inspection scopes and costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site visits to inspect facilities, assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize business processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
