Job Description: Regional Mechanical Excellence Engineer
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Indovinya sites by providing expert technical guidance on rotating and fixed equipment matters. Key responsibilities will include implementing maintenance best practices, improving equipment performance, and resolving mechanical failures, turbomachinery issues, and other operational challenges. This position will require collaboration with our procurement group to identify areas for improvement in mechanical services and equipment initiatives.

Qualifications
An engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, is required. At least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering within a process industry such as petrochemical plants, chemical plants, or refineries is necessary. Turbomachinery experience is valuable, along with expertise in Microsoft programs, SAP or similar CMMS systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
