Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will lead the implementation of maintenance best practices, improve equipment performance, and provide technical expertise to our Indovinya sites. Your key objectives will include enhancing rotational and fixed equipment performance, addressing mechanical failures, turbomachinery issues, and capital projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our procurement group to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical services and equipment initiatives.
Requirements
A successful candidate must hold an engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, and possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering within a process industry such as petrochemical plants, chemical plants, or refineries. Turbomachinery experience is highly valued, along with expertise in Microsoft programs, SAP or similar CMMS systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Action-oriented individuals with leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are ideal for this position.
