Job Title: Project Manager II (Construction)

Job Description:
This role focuses on planning, managing, and coordinating the safe execution of capital projects, right of way repairs, and maintenance within the Great Lakes Region. Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical equipment repair/replacement, pipeline modifications, tank inspections, civil repairs, and support for environmental drilling and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Engineering:
- Finalize project design & scope, ensuring compliance with company standards, risk mitigation, and technical expertise.
- Facilitate design reviews and manage change processes.
Project Execution:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Ensure quality documentation and compliance with company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Close out all project work, ensuring compliance and completion.
Scope/Dimensions:
- Oversee electrical, repair, and maintenance projects, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
- Develop technical solutions to operational and maintenance issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Education: Post-secondary in engineering or PMP certification preferred.
- 4 years of related experience, particularly in pipeline maintenance and construction.
- Strong understanding of Construction Standards, Operations, and Maintenance Manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
