What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Reviewer position at Indotronix Avani Group?
Scope of Services
Review and negotiate various contract types to ensure they comply with legal requirements and company policies/practices, identify potential risks within the contract terms, and recommend necessary revisions or negotiations to mitigate them. Contract types include, without limitation:
o Master Services Agreements
o Software as a Service Agreements
o Supply Agreements
o Research Agreements
o Quality Agreements
o Confidentiality Agreements
o HCP Consulting Agreements
o Statements of Work (with terms and conditions)
o Amendments
o Other agreements as needed
Serve as an escalation point for non-attorney staff on their review of various contracts
Other contract-related projects as may be requested from time to time
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; JD preferred
- At least 5 years experience reviewing commercial contracts
- Pharmaceutical experience required
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
Salary : $100 - $105
