Position Title: Project Manager II
Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office - 2 remote) - highly preferred
Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 5 Months to hire
Contract to hire on W2
Only W2
Industry background: experience working in a large matrix organization
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day 1-training and then assigned projects to work on using the methodology that client uses
- Expected to keep Clarizen updated with risk, issues, project deliverable and financials
- Weekly status reports on large-scale project
- Have to communicate with stakeholders and communicate information to Senior Leadership
- Able to handle larger budget ($2 million or above) and complex projects
Must Have Technical Skills: listed in order of most important to least
- Need financial management experience -managing budget large matrix organization
- 3-5 years of managing technology projects
- Agile experience
- Ability to work in a cross functional project management environment with proven ability to drive large scale projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage vendors
- SDLC experience required (need to know where to go next in the process)
- Risk and Issue Management
- Ability to forecast budgets, manage cost plan, larger dollar amounts so needs someone that is really strong watching their financials.

Salary : $50 - $70
