Position: Lead Java Developer
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX
Ability to work remote: Hybrid (3days office / 2 days remote)
Duration: 9 Months

Team Dynamic: About team of 10: developers , product owners, and technical lead, and manager over the team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
- Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.
- Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.
Must Have Technical Skills:
1. Java
2. Micros Services
3. Hands-on development experience
4. SpringBoot
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Banking domain experience
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent written/verbal communication skills
2. Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
