Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead OR "QE Domain Lead"

Position Location: Strongsville, OH

Hub Fully in office to start, may be flexible later

Duration: 9 Months

Contract only

W2 all visa fine on W2

Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk

Team Dynamic:

• Large team size as there are many teams involved.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This individual will report to the manager who is the 'Quarterback' for the lending organization, a part of many projects. They will:
• Synthesize the changes, including data changes, to help the teams within Lending craft their test strategy criteria for the applications.
• Write test strategies to assist with credit card modernization approach
• Participate and assist others in how to do the regression testing
• Advocate for needed changes and assist consuming teams with the proper test strategy to align the changes for impact and efficiency
• Report back to the program team on various project-dictated testing timelines

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Quality Engineering Strategies- Develop test strategies as pertinent to an application
• Test Management & Execution - create test plan, scripts, schedules
• Automation
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - guide individual QA teams to align with test objectives
• Collaboration and Communications - work extensively with other teams
• Defect Management

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Domain experience not a necessity but a plus.

Soft Skills: Communication, attention to detail, and team player.

Interview Process:

• 1 round - up to an hour, Manager and enterprise QE domain lead for the program.
• 2nd Round if needed with other QEs
