Job Title : Quality Control Specialist
Location : San Diego, CA
Duration : 6 months
Must haves on the resume : 1) ELISA or CBA experience. 2) 2 years lab experience (can be combo school and industry)
The QC Associate I is responsible for routine, accurate and timely testing of QC samples according to standard protocols and operating procedures, such as ELISA or CBA related protocols. The QC Associate will prioritize daily workload and work independently. They will participate in the review of data, reporting results, and efficiently complete all required documentation and database entries. They will receive specific instructions and ongoing guidance regarding required tasks and expected results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- BS / BA / MS in a related scientific discipline or some science related college coursework.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in an industrial or research laboratory or equivalent; QC environment preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with ELISA or CBA required ; Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, and Cell / Tissue culture highly preferred.
