Position : Business Systems Analyst Sr
Location : 1st preference Strongsville, OH / 2nd preference , Pittsburgh , PA
Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix AZ
HYBRID (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Duration : 9 Months to hire
Contract to Hire W2
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the domain
- Writing user stories
- Defining acceptance criteria's
- Design solutions
- Work in tandem with agile team to come agreeance
- Be present for answers that need to be found out and delivered to the appropriate parties
Must Have Technical Skills:
- JIRA
- Agile Scrum
- Confluence
- Excel
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Automation Anywhere or another RPA application
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious / critical thinker
- Assertive (Not afraid to speak out in times of uncertainty / asks the right questions)
Education/Certifications: Experience in lieu of degree
