Indotronix is seeking a Business Data Analyst in the Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client tech hub locations
Position : Business Data Analyst
Position Location : 1st Preference : Pittsburgh(PA)
2nd Preference : Pittsburgh(PA),Strongsville(OH),Birmingham(AL),Phoenix(AZ)
Provide locations / flexible work by preference : Hybrid (3-day office 2 days remote)
Duration : Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
- Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
- Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
- Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
- May have to do hands-on configuration work for a debt collection platform which includes making new rules, jobs, filter (training will be provided for the platform)
Must Have Technical Skills :
1. Basic SQL knowledge
2. Data Analytic Skills
Flex Skills / Nice to Have :
1. Experience with FICO products
Soft Skills :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Problem-solving skills
3. Leadership of teams / projects
Education : Bachelors required
Years of experience :
3-5 years
