Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid: (3 Days in Office, 2 days Remote)

Team Dynamic:
Agile Development Crew
- 6 Developers
- 2 QA Testers
- Product Owner
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Core BSA responsibilities of handling requirements
- Tracking release-related items and vulnerabilities, tracking security issues that come in periodically
- Software release - help coordinate and monitor requests and lead times to help with production
- Help with agile processes, some scrum master demands on this role but the position does not require a hard emphasis on scrum master skills
- Daily and weekly meetings
Level 3: 4-6 YRS
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Ability to formulate UI mock-ups and create high-level flow diagrams
- Agile Methodology
- Able to facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Able and willing to help with production release preparation and coordination
Soft Skills:
Strong Communication skills
Organization skills
Education/Certifications:
Experience instead of education
Certified ScrumMaster - a nice to have
Screening Questions:
