Job Description:
We design products to withstand electromagnetic environmental effects, focusing on meeting system-driven EMI/EMC requirements. Our team of electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical engineers collaborate to develop innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop designs based on program requirements and physics rather than legacy constraints
- Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464 standards
- Conduct EMC tests in accordance with the MIL-STD-461 test standard
- Perform quantitative E3 analysis and experience with vulnerability characterization
- Maintain knowledge of electrical safety and military EMC compliance standards, requirements, and test methods
- Collaborate in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory environment
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, interpretation, and analysis of test results
Requirements:
- BSEE with a minimum of 8 years of E3 development experience
- MSEE with a minimum of 6 years of E3 development experience
- Minimum 4 years of EMC testing experience
- Familiarity with ESD handling and prevention protocols
