What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Engineer position at Indotronix International Corporation?
Job Description :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility including equipment layouts, and / or mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction.
- Experienced in using CAD to produce layouts and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Project Management experience in working a project from conception to completion
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in producing installation / construction drawings in the layout of production, manufacturing, laboratory and warehouse facilities
- Project estimating experience
- Knowledge of how to manage asbestos and lead hazards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
