Position : Lead ServiceNow Developer
Location : hybrid 3 days a week in office
1. Pittsburgh-PA, 2. Strongsville-OH, 3. Dallas -TX, 4. Birmingham -AL, 5. Phoenix-AZ -Secondary
Duration : Contract to hire
Hours : Monday through Friday- 8 to 5 EST
Job Description :
- Aligns business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Proposes, designs & configures ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
- Leads complex problem solving.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development in accordance with established governance.
- Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Position Overview :
This role supports the IT Service Engineering team's IT Operations Management (ITOM) and / or Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiatives to provide the enterprise ServiceNow capabilities that are configured out-of-the-box with an approach of configuration over customization.
