DESCRIPTION
- Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of 4G / 5G macro new build and / or modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a "Real Estate Complete" work product.
- Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.
- Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects.
- Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Role will include PO management.
- Assist with special projects as they arise.
