Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist/Developer III
Location: Bridgeville, PA or Lewis Center, OH
Duration: 6 Months
About the Role
This role is responsible for new build macro projects, managing site acquisition vendors to meet goals, and handing off projects to the Construction Team.
- Project management and milestone tracking
- Lease due diligence and communication with landlords
- Escalating issues and conducting site visits as needed
- Zoning review and hearing attendance
- Purchase order management
Your Key Responsibilities
You will interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to third-party vendors, identify and resolve real estate and lease-related issues, negotiate with landlords, and manage financial invoicing.
- Negotiating with Landlords and their agents
- Resolving network critical or site critical issues
- Reviewing and managing vendor invoices
- Completing FUZE tasks
