Indratech Preventive Maintenance Technician

The technician will be responsible for the day-to-day preventive maintenance of mechanical systems that support production and plant processes. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on plant mechanical equipment with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Utilize hand tools proficiently to maintain and repair equipment.
- Read and comprehend manuals and PM instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain personal basic hand tools for job assignments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in industrial maintenance as a mechanic or an accredited certificate or degree in a mechanical discipline.
- Experience with mechanical systems including gearboxes, pumps, motors, drive and pulley systems, bearings, and various parts of mechanical drive systems.
- Welding or plumbing experience is a plus.
