Title: Technical Sales Account Manager

Rate: $70000 - $80000/year Benefits

- Client facing experience
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring their technical needs are met effectively.
- Proactively identify ways to improve client systems and infrastructure to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers, gathering feedback to drive enhancements in products and services.
- Partner with the Service Desk Manager to address client inquiries and support needs.
- Lead renewal and upsell efforts, ensuring clients have the best solutions for their evolving needs.
- Provide technical training and guidance, helping clients maximize the value of the company’s services.
- Work cross-functionally to develop technical roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Skills Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing, technical account management, or IT sales role.
- Strong technical background in security, server administration, cloud computing, and Mac/Windows environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and advocate for client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and client success.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field preferred but not required.
