Job Description:
Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite – Only Local Candidates)
Rate: 50/Hr on C2C
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI layouts for web applications.
• Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and align with design system and design guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and user needs.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, UX specifications, and other documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure that design work aligns with development timelines.
• Support product managers in setting clear priorities and ensuring that design work meets business objectives. Agile Collaboration:
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Document and share design decisions, user insights, and progress in Confluence to keep all teams aligned.
