Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to identify their needs and align them with product offerings.
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to generate new leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling to existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
