We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky, focusing on our skincare brands, Induction Therapies and The A Method. This role will be pivotal in driving sales for over 50 medical-grade skincare products, including our innovative microneedling device, Collagen PIN. The ideal candidate will target customers currently not served by our independent sales representatives, helping to expand our market reach and boost overall sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with order placements via our firm and website portals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our product offerings and sales approach.
- Collaborate with independent sales representatives to identify gaps in their territories and strategize on effectively reaching those customers.
