Epoxy Floor Technician – Indus Co Ent

What You’ll Do: Working with Clients
- Represent Indus Co Ent in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct client questions to the Crew Lead when needed.
- Keep a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Epoxy Flooring Installation
- Assist in all steps of epoxy floor installation under the Crew Lead’s direction.
- Prepare surfaces using grinders, shot blasters, or pressure washing.
- Mix and apply epoxy coatings, sealers, and topcoats for smooth finishes.
- Keep tools and job sites organized and clean.
- Follow safety protocols and equipment maintenance guidelines.
- Report any worksite issues or client concerns to the Crew Lead.
Safety & Equipment Care
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective gear.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Properly use and care for epoxy application tools and equipment.
What You Need:
- 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring or a related trade.
- Experience using grinders, shot blasters, and epoxy application tools.
- Knowledge of different epoxy coatings, urethanes, and sealers.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, and work on hands and knees for extended periods.
- Must have basic epoxy tools.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid driver’s license
Winter Work (If Needed):
- May assist with snow removal using plows, skid steers, and hand tools.
- Help with de-icing and storm preparation as required.
Work Conditions:
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures (0°F - 95°F).
- May work on elevated surfaces or in confined spaces.
- Exposure to chemicals, strong odors, and dust (PPE provided).
- Overtime or extended shifts may be required.
