What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Go the extra mile to ensure our guests have the best stay possible.
  • Room Preparation: Keep rooms spotless and ready to impress by following our high standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Be the welcoming face of our business – greeting guests, answering questions, and handling requests with a smile.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Assist in keeping common areas clean and inviting for all who visit.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on a variety of duties as needed, helping out wherever necessary to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Reports To: Guest Service Manager or Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Take reservations and manage room availability.
  • Process guest transactions – from check-in to check-out, including payments and adjustments.
  • Assist with local recommendations, directions, and information.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in public spaces, like the lobby and coffee areas.
  • Handle various administrative tasks and special requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 months in a hospitality setting or a customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle simple math for transactions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Other: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.
