    • Your Day-to-Day as a Guest Services Agent :

    You're the heartbeat of our front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering world-class service. Here's how you'll contribute :

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and special requests
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk area
  • Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, ensuring guest needs are met
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Process transactions, manage cash floats, and prepare shift reports
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and security issues, directing them to management as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health standards to keep our guests and team safe
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service

    • What We're Looking For :

    We're searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with :

  • A high school diploma or GED (or currently working toward one)
  • Customer service or hotel front desk experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems (experience with PMS systems is a plus!)
  • The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • A flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, and evening shifts included
