Experience : 6 years related work experience of increasingly technical Information Technology experience. 3 years related work experience in DevOps utilizing SDLC agile methodology with various programming languages (Microsoft PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, SQL, Java, etc.)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications : Preferred Microsoft and Red Hat DevOps Certifications
High Demand IT Specialized skills : DevOps in Public and Private Cloud Environments
Platform knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows) :
- NetApp Storage Platforms (SAN and NAS)
- NetApp Software Management Technologies (Cloud Insights, Active IQ)
- Scripting Languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, PowerCLI, JSON, KSH, YAML)
- Orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Infrastructure Configuration / Automation development (Ansible Tower, Salt Stack, Puppet)
- Cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Bluemix)
- Container and Platform services (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI / CD Pipeline)
