1 senior level developer, 2nd one could be mid-level or senior

Variety of skill set on the team

Need it ASAP

It doesn’t have to be local but it\'s always a preference

Local to Acton or SD office is preferred.

If a person can attend those meeting in person is always a big plus

Temp to perm, it must be all three people / / not just open to contracting long term, but looking forward to joining Insulet full time

About the Project :

RD polarian implementation - RD is going live in November (Team will have to support this, they plan to use Polarion as a full blown ALM system) will work closely with Sterling Medical to do knowledge transfer. At some point the idea is to minimize the contract with Sterling Medical so we don’t have to rely on outside vendors, we want to retain this information within Insulet. We have a roadmap beyond Nov of things we want to see polarian do. Element of Support, enhancements, troubleshooting skills, what\'s what, where to go look, contacting sterling medical, taking on the responsibility as well.

The IT instance is a different implementation which is utilized by the Testing team. They use this testing to track. This was done via Compliance Group. We want the same team to work with Compliance Group. Take that on as well. IT instance is much much smaller. There isn\'t that much functionality it\'s just one module that is enabled. More contained and a smaller group of people that is using it. Whoever is the most Senior person who joins will be up to them to look at both and assess.

Assessing the upgrade, good place to start. The other two might be working on the other Polarion. Likely possibility for this team to group. First year we will continue to rely on vendors.
