Reporting to the Program Manager, the Operations Support - Jr. provides operations support and assist the team in providing mine and mine countermeasure systems support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), which serves as the Technical Direction Agent (TDA), In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), and Software Support Activity (SSA) for all mine and mine countermeasure systems for the United States Navy. Specifically, the Contractor shall maintain the cybersecurity posture of PEO USC weapon, training, and maintenance systems, designated as Platform Information Technology (PIT). The Contractor will work in unison with NSWC PCD MIW/AMCM technical personnel to provide information technology and cybersecurity support to maintain these systems. on the PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) Support Services contract. This position is located in Panama City Beach, FL.
What You'll Do
- Provide general operations functions
- Assist with disk images of all classified or standalone machines
- Presentation and documentation support
- Assist with health and safety requirements
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage, control, safeguard, inventory and report the status of all GFP - Perform program management functions in N-ERP
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- High School Diploma
- At least three (3) years of experience in DoD operations support
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
- Travel Required ~10% travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- Experience with safety programs
