Job Title : Contract Business Analyst (Remarketing)

Location : Detroit, MI (Hybrid)

Duration : Long Term

Job Description :

The resource will need to be an on-site hybrid position in Detroit

Responsible for performing Dealer Onboarding activities and SmartAuction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.

Responsibilities

Ensure the document packages received are complete and accurate.

Process group document packages in a timely manner.

Follow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately.

Communicate with the sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboard.

Process User ID requests and communicate with Dealer Users.

ccount Maintenance Activities.

ssist with monitoring shared mailboxes.

ssist with Ad Hoc team projects.

Support and engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives as necessary to support overall product growth and process improvements.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years' experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment.

Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred.

Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel.

High level of oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Desired Skills : Salesforce Experience

Mandatory Skills- - A detail-oriented individual with experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment

Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Exce l.
