Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our facility in Cleveland, TX. The successful candidate will work directly with our current Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Chief Operating Officer, Procurement Coordinator, as well as Field Service Managers and Foremen to manage the shipping and receiving of material either in-house or into the field along with managing IAFD inventory levels.

Our engineering team diagnoses the root cause of the problem, improves the OEM design, then, our manufacturing team builds the quality products, and our field services team completes the turn-key process with the on-site installation. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ensure that inventory levels are kept at optimal levels to meet customer demands.
- Use QuickBooks to enter and manage inventory items systematically.
- Handle purchasing orders and ensure timely restocking of inventory.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with system records.
- Work closely with the purchasing, receiving, and warehouse departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Process and document returns, and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
- Provide detailed inventory reports to management, highlighting variances and trends.
- Proper handling of shipping/receiving paperwork per company procedures
- Verify all outgoing shipments are checked against packing slips
- Complete CAF invoices for consumables
- Work closely with procurement
- Receipt of all inbound materials
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods
- File claims if shipping criteria are not met
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of commonly used shipping and receiving concepts, practices, and procedures
- PC skills required (Outlook, Microsoft Word)
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Hands-on experience with inventory processes/procedures including physical inventories
- Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
