Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our facility in Cleveland, TX. The successful candidate will work directly with the current Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Chief Operating Officer, Procurement Coordinator, as well as Divisional Leads and Foremen to manage the shipping and receiving of material either in-house or into the field, along with maintaining the IAFD, Inc. inventory tracking system.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Knowledge and preparation of paperwork and arrangements of transportation services, which requires an understanding of LTL, Flatbed, sprinter, and truckload shipments.
- Proper handling of shipping/receiving paperwork per company procedures.
- Prepare shipping quotes.
- Generate Bills of Lading and schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Verify that all outgoing shipments are checked against packing slips and bill of material documents
- Generate QAQC documents
- Complete CAF invoices for consumables
- Entering manufacturing credit card charges against a chart of accounts
- Work closely with procurement
- Receipt of all inbound materials
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods
- File claims if the shipping criteria are not met
- Perform random cycle counts
- Assist with periodic physical inventory and maintaining the inventory tracking system
- Tracks all shipments
- Overtime and working weekends during high-demand times is required
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of commonly used shipping and receiving concepts, practices, and procedures
- PC skills required (Outlook, Microsoft Word)
- QuickBooks experience is required
- NetSuite experience is needed
- Hands-on experience with inventory processes/procedures, including physical inventories
- Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Detailed oriented required
- Ability to multitask, adjust priorities daily
