Job Title: Operations and Fraud Assistant
Department: Card and Fraud Operations
Classification: Non-exempt
Reports to: Head of Card and Fraud Operations
Summary/Objective: Responsible for assisting in the daily activities as it relates to the operation of the Card and Fraud Operations Department.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for handling the daily activities for the card and fraud operations department such as account opening and closing, transaction review and monitoring, payment processing, delinquency management, dispute resolution and general customer inquiries handling
- Create and maintain various reports and logs, and make sure they are updated and correct
- Maintain knowledge of Bank policies and regulations
- Assist other team members
- Ensure that card operations adhere to the organization financial and business strategies, and general KYC procedures
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by management

- Ability to handle multiple assignments or customer requests
- Ability to work independently and proactively with little supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Willingness to learn and adopt
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor or College degree with 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Language/Communication Skills: Fluent English. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese (reading/writing) desirable.
