PLC Programmer Description
We are a controls and integration company, with an all-industrial client base, in machine/equipment and material handling currently seeking a PLC Programmer to add to our team in Tupelo, MS. You will be responsible for the electrical programming design of industrial applications. We are looking for someone with at least five years of Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC motion control programming experience. PLC Programmer Responsibilities
- Prepare AutoCAD electrical drawings to accepted standards.
- Prepares schematics to support fabrication.
- Produce detailed panel layouts.
- Create PLC programs.
- Create electrical Bills of Materials within the budget.
- Create motion/servo programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered in the shop and field service.
- Contribute to the approval drawing design.
- Perform value added analysis on components and equipment during modification.
PLC Programmer Qualifications
- Associate degree required.
- 10 years of Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLC programming experience required.
- 5 years of Rockwell /Allen Bradley Motion Control programming experience required.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
