Job Summary

Duties

- Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales effectively.
- Utilize company system to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and articulating their benefits to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the market to expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Assist and collaborate with sales team to meet monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
