Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise branch staff (sales and service) to ensure effective performance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Foster a positive work environment through strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching of team members.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of branch objectives.
- Engage in strategic planning activities to align branch operations with overall company goals with management team.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage branch operating budgets.
- Complete weekly/monthly required reports.
- Manage company owned inventory.
Experience
