Creative Operations Manager

Industrial Color is looking for a creative operations manager to partner with our client, a luxury beauty brand. This role will support the creative leadership team, processes, and the day-to-day management of special projects. They will manage efficient workflows within a multi-functional creative team. The ideal candidate is highly personable, can quickly "read a room" and anticipate project and stakeholders' needs.

The creative operations manager is a hybrid position working several days per week onsite at our client and the balance of the time remote.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Creative Operations and PM team in daily management of general team deliverables, resources, and assessment of scope feasibility
• Attend cross-functional meetings with Global to support and guide current Project Managers and manage expectations of deliverables
• Manage all aspects of Global Special Projects which include:
• Leading weekly meetings and updating tracker to maintain on-time schedules
• Receiving and reviewing creative briefs
• Working closely with marketing and creative partners on meeting deliverables
• Tracking, routing and approval status through multiple software platforms
• Executive meeting preparation
• Partnering with Brand Asset Manager for global artwork release & rights management
• Identify process improvements and support implementation qualifications
• Participate in meetings at the operational and project level
• Function as a liaison point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact to facilitate management decisions
• Ability to build out and back into timelines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and pivot between projects fluidly
• Backfill project managers when they are on vacation or have excess projects
  
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of print design, video and photography/ retouching process
• A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates professional stretch goals and meets them
• Creative agency account management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain agile and flex quickly in an ever-changing environment
• Detail oriented
• Collaborative and team player
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners
• Comfortable dealing with senior executives and cross-functional partners
• Must be curious and a creative problem solver
• Remains calm under stress
• Proficiency in Wrike, Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Own Wrike Project Management software maintenance
• 5 years of experience within creative operations, project management or trafficking in a creative environment
  
  
  

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
